Alpha14 has been involved in a variety of projects in different sectors across Melbourne. These sectors span the commercial, industrial, retail, residential and childcare sectors. It is pivotal that, during these developments, Alpha14 maintains and provides general reports as requested.
Along with providing reports, Alpha14 has the general project management skills to manage the appointment process for all Contractors/Consultants and sole traders, and can supervise the work of all necessary contractors in relation to the development services. This includes ensuring occupational health and safety compliance. Alpha14 will also manage relationships with contractors/consultants and will liaise with superintendents during and after completion of works.
Alpha14 can use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the various stages of the Development are completed within the time-frame required for the above project. This includes but is not limited to:
- Arranging co-ordination meetings
- Arranging construction meetings
- Arranging project reporting
- Making recommendations regarding works variations
Throughout all stages of the project’s life, Alpha14 will manage the relationship with all Contractors/Consultants.
