The Alpha14 Team are excited to announce that the Planning Application for our new mixed-use development in Buckhurst Street, South Melbourne has gone through the Port Phillip Council and has had unanimous support in its current format!

Currently, we are waiting on the Planning Minister to review the final package. We are looking forward to the outcomes!

Buckhurst St, South Melbourne is a mixed-use development consisting of 145 dwellings over 2 towers, located 2.1km from Melbourne’s CBD.
