The Alpha14 Team are pleased to announce that subsequent to the planning permit being issued in October, we have now secured a tenant. The tenant is a high quality national childcare operator and we now looking forward to starting construction early next year.
The Alpha14 team boasts more than 50 years collective industry experience developing and managing projects, spanning the commercial, industrial, retail, childcare, and residential sectors in some of Melbourne’s most sought-after and inner-city locations.
