About Chadstone Childcare Centre

Alpha14’s exciting new childcare development is located at 427 Huntingdale Road & 24 Nyrang Street, Chadstone. Our new childcare development provides 1409m2 of space for a 123-place childcare centre.

The proposed childcare centre is in a perfect location: only 500m from the Monash Freeway and a 5 minute drive to Chadstone Shopping Centre. Access to the childcare centre and Melbourne’s inner eastern suburbs has never been easier.

Alpha14’s director Toby Pope’s 6 fundamental values and passion for property lay in the heart of the Chadstone Childcare development. After conducting thorough research, the Alpha14 Team found that there was a lack of childcare centres in the area. The high number of places in the proposed centre reflects the potential demand currently experienced in Chadstone.

Chadstone Childcare’s very central and residential location will alleviate the commute and travel time to and from the centre for parents. Alpha14 have also worked to design a space so that there is a large outdoor area for children to play and socialize. A child’s growth in their early stages is of paramount importance.
