About Hermitage Sunbury
Hermitage Sunbury will compromise of a 120-place childcare centre at its southern end, 65 three-bedroom townhouses across its site, and 24 1 & 2 bedroom apartments in a four-storey residential building at the northern part of its site. Hermitage Sunbury also features a 3000sqm central open space to be used by the future residents and a privately owned and managed internal road and pedestrian network.
Hermitage Sunbury will deliver an innovative, highly attractive, and socially engaging community that boasts a connection through the large central open space. The precinct will provide a range of housing types between semi-attached townhouses and apartment style living arrangements to encourage a diverse community that is located in close proximity to the Sunbury and Diggers Rest township, as well as a future train station to east of the site.
