The new 130-place Childcare Centre will be two-storey and will feature on-site car parking. Ausland Architects are our appointed architects who have extensive experience in the childcare space nationally.
Our site is in close proximity to the 555 bus route and is approximately 270m from Keon Park train station which is undergoing a major renovation as part of the state government railway crossing removal. Council have forecasted a growth in population in the area by 25.55% from 2020-2041, so the 130-place centre will assist in the undersupply and growing demand.
